PAYMENT
Full payment validates order. Deposits may be accepted on certain items at our discretion on such terms to be agreed in writing.

STOCKPILING
Stockpiling is not allowed. Please endeavor to receive goods as soon as payment is made.
DELIVERY
We deliver nationwide via a multitude of logistics companies. We are amenable to using your choice of courier where required.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are only accepted on online purchases. Items must be returned in same condition as at the time of purchase and within 7 days from date of purchase. Cost of return will be borne by the buyer. Refund will be processed within 48 hours after assessing the returned item. We do not accept exchanges on any sold items.
